The conference room at Afan Forest Park Visitor Centre must be
pre-booked, costing £25.00 for half day use (up to 4 hours) and
£50.00 for a full days use (subject to change on April 1st
2009).
The arrangement of the room is entirely up to the candidate that
has booked the room, for example, boardroom style, classroom,
horse-shoe style and so on. Staff at the Visitor Centre are
available to help with the room set-up.
Refreshments and Lunches can be arranged at an additional cost –
but must be pre-booked 2 weeks in advance. Times of tea breaks and
lunches must also be stated prior to your meeting. Please download
the ‘Conference Room Menu’ to see options and prices.
Payments can be made either by cash, cheque, credit card or by
invoice. Please advise staff when booking.
The generic booking form would have to
be completed and returned to Laura Phillips, 2 weeks prior to the
meeting.
