Swansea Bay Tourism Awards
The first ever Swansea Bay Tourism Awards were held on the 8th
November 2006 which will become an annual event for businesses in
the Swansea Bay area.
Afan Forest Park came out on top and won two of these
prestigious awards, which honours the very best tourist attractions
in the Swansea Bay area. The two awards that Neath Port Talbot won
was the 'Extra Mile Award' and the 'Sustainability in Tourism
Award'.
Entries in this category needed to show they have distinguished
themselves from the competition by their efforts and looked after
their customers in a unique way.
