A to P of Building Regulations
In applying the requirements of the Regulations it is
important to emphasise the principle which applies. The
requirements of the Regulations should be applied to secure a
reasonable standard of health and safety for persons in or about
buildings (and any others who may be affected by buildings, or
matters connected with buildings).

Schedule 1 of the Regulations identifies the requirements which
need to be complied with. The different Parts are as follows:
