How to pay your Business Rates bill

Direct debit

• the easiest way of paying;
• you can set up a direct debit over the telephone - have your bank details handy and call the Business Rates Section on 01639 764329 or 01639 764238
• or you can print a direct debit instruction to fill in and return to us;
• or, contact the Business Rates Section on 01639 764329 or 01639 764238 and they will send you a direct debit instruction;
• the direct debit guarantee gives you complete protection;
• you can visit the Direct debit website for more information;
• it is the cheapest method of paying for us and usually for you.

In person

• by cheque, cash or debit card at one of our cash offices:
• Civic Centre, Neath
• Civic Centre, Port Talbot or
• One Stop Shop, Pontardawe

By post

• send your cheque, made out to Neath Port Talbot CBC, to:
  Director of Finance & Corporate Services
  Neath Port Talbot CBC
  Civic Centre
  Neath
  SA11 3QZ.

Internet

• If you have a debit card, make an Internet payment.
• When paying, remember to have your bill to hand as you will need your reference number.

By phone
