NPT Home Inspection Services is an
enterprise set up by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council to
provide a service to individuals, firms and social landlords
throughout the UK. Our company has extensive resources to
provide an array of Energy Ratings and we have
carried out over 8000 energy reports since Home Information Packs
(HIP's) were introduced on 1st August 2007 however on the 20th
May 2010 the Government suspended Home Information Packs; and as of
that date anyone wishing to sell a dwelling will need to
commission an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
prior to marketing the property.
We have been a major
force in Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
provision throughout South Wales and we continue to expand in both
staff numbers and services offered to remain at the forefront of
EPC provision. All of our assessors are highly qualified
surveyors with extensive background in all aspects of the building
industry and they work in conjunction with our dedicated
administration team to provide you with assistance and answer any
queries you may have.
We are pleased to
announce that we have recently expanded the services we offer to
include ‘Code for Sustainable Homes’ (CFSH) and
Party Wall Notices. Even in the current
economic climate our business is going from strength to strength
and the service we offer our clients has not been compromised in
any way.
NPT Home Inspection
Services are also able to carry out New Build/On
Construction EPC’s as well as Commercial
EPC’s and Predicted Energy Assessments
(PEA’s). We have extensive experience of EPC’s for the rented
sector and have the necessary resources to meet the requirements of
landlords with large property portfolios; significant discounts are
always available for large volumes of work and exclusive contracts.
