The Neath Port Talbot Health, Social Care and Wellbeing
Partnership includes representatives from Neath Port Talbot County
Borough Council, the Local Health Board, the Bro Morgannwg and
Swansea NHS Trusts, the Council for Voluntary Services and the
National Public Health Service.
The Partnership aims to maximise the opportunities to improve
health, social care and wellbeing for the people of Neath Port
Talbot by through shared vision, joint planning and efficient
communication between all agencies.
