This is the second Neath Port Talbot Community Plan produced by the Neath Port Talbot Community Plan Partnership. It was published in June 2005.

The Community Plan has been developed by the Council and its partners from the public, business and voluntary sectors and sets out a shared vision for Neath Port Talbot over the next ten years.

The Plan details what we want to do together in order to improve the quality of life, well being and health of everyone in Neath Port Talbot.

The Plan is an achievable, yet demanding programme for the future and everyone is committed to working together to achieve the Plan's targets and objectives.
