Social Worker - Childcare Disability Team

Salary: £30,480.00 TO £34,196.00

The team provide a service to disabled children and their families from the point of referral through to transition support and includes Children in Need of a Care and Support Plan, Looked After Children and Child Protection and Court work. The team is well respected by the families they work with and by other professionals. This is an opportunity for an experienced social worker to join a team where there is a high level of team morale and where staff turn-over remains low.

Social Worker - Children and Young People Services

We are currently looking for a small number of experienced social workers for our Community Children's Teams. There is also the opportunity for at least one candidate to be appointed into a peripatetic post which would involve moving from team to team (in Neath and Port Talbot) to provide long term cover mainly for maternity leave.
