Landlord Stock Business Plan
The business plan sets out the financial plans for the next 30
years and shows how the Council intends to balance spending on
services against the projected income for the same period.
It includes both financial projections and the issues in
relation to demand, supply, priorities and objectives. It
establishes options for ensuring the continuous improvement to
service over that period while taking into account the economic,
environmental, social, and community issues which will form the
framework within which the service will operate over that
period.
