Horse Training / Pony Trekking
- Pony Trekking Permits (April – March)
Trekking permits allow trekking on approved routes within the
park following the purchase of an annual permit.
- Horse Training Permits (April – March)
Training permits allow for the training on the gallops following
the purchase of an annual permit.
Permits
Permits may be purchased from the Car Park Kiosk
Cost
Pony trekking: £34 per year
Horse Training permits:
Single horses £170 per year
Up to 5 horses £355 per year
Please note:
- Please note that the Park will be closed Monday & Tuesday
throughout the Winter
- The Park Management reserve the right to stop riding at any
time without prior notice, particularly during sustained periods of
wet weather - permit holders should check ground conditions with
the Park Administration Office
- Permits are not transferable and must be carried at all
times
- Riding on any areas other than those shown on the permit map is
not allowed
- Horse boxes to be parked in the designated area of East Lodge
car park only
