Services for Older People
Neath Port Talbot Social Services want to do what we can to help
older people to remain independent, living at home safely and
comfortably.
A number of services are available to older people within Neath
Port Talbot in ensure that they are able to live as independently
as possible. In order to help us provide the best possible care and
services, a community care assessment for the individual needs to
be carried out.
