Representations

Representations in respect of planning applications must be submitted to the Council in writing. These representations can be submitted by the following methods:

1. By email to: planningdc@npt.gov.uk 
2. By Fax to: 01639 686101
3. By post to:
   Environment Directorate
   Planning Department,
   Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council,
   The Quays,
   Brunel Way, Baglan Energy Park,Neath
   SA11 2GG.

Representations must be addressed to Mr Geoff White, Head of Planning and should contain the application reference number, location of the proposal and a description of the proposal. Any observations should relate to land use issues only. Any written observations received will be taken into account in determining the application but you must appreciate that representations are just one of the factors which will influence the decision making process.

You are advised that all comments received in respect of planning applications will become background papers (as defined in the Access to Information Act 1985) and accordingly will be available for public inspection, and copying, for a period of 4 years from the date of determination of the planning application.
