Home Library Service and Mobile Library

Bringing the Library to You

Not able to visit your local library? Let us bring the library to you. The Mobile Library & Home Library Service provides a library and information service to those, who for whatever reason, are unable to visit the library.

The Department does this in a number of ways: 

• Home Library Service -  Providing  a wide range of library items to people who cannot visit a library or have difficultly visiting one.
• Mobile Library Service - Visiting communities in Neath Port Talbot that do not have a local library
