Information about Early Intervention Services

Supporting Families In Neath Port Talbot

Thanks to funding from the Welsh Government Families First programme, we are able to offer a range of support services aimed at families, children and young people living in Neath Port Talbot. We can provide your family with help, advice and support to prevent any issues or problems you may have from getting worse.

Referrals for all services can be made through the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) 01639 686802 spoc@npt.gov.uk and are available to families who do not need support from Social Services.  All referrals are passed to a weekly referral panel which will help make sure that families get support from the service that best meets their needs.
