How to report noise nuisance

You can report noise nuisance online using the link below. You will need to give your name and address, and the name (if you know it) and address of the person causing the problem.

We will write to confirm receipt of your complaint, and this letter will include a diary sheet for you to fill in. We will ask you to keep a record of the noise over two to three weeks.

You then need to send the sheets back to us. An officer will examine these sheets, and if he/she is satisfied that there is a genuine noise problem, then your complaint will be investigated further. An officer will then visit your home to discuss the problem with you.
