Neath Port Talbot Social Services benefits from a solid learning and development programme which includes support for induction of new recruits, secondments to social work training, CPEL and one to one mentor support for both new and existing staff.

We recently reviewed our supervision, review and appraisal arrangements to ensure that the best support is provided to our staff and that there are excellent mechanisms in place for all staff to shape the way in which our services develop.
