Pupil Parent Partnership

NPT are committed to working in partnership with Children and Young People with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and their parents/ carers.

The Pupil Parent Partnership Service is part of the Additional Learning Needs Support Service (ALNSS) and provides impartial advice, guidance and information in relation to a range of issues relating to ALN and the ALN system, including the assessment process, what to do if a disagreement arises and transition.

Through adopting a Person Centred approach, our aim is to help parents/ carers, children and young people participate as fully as possible in the decision making process, ensuring their views and wishes are heard.

We are able to offer this service by telephone, email or through arranging face to face meetings at an agreed setting.
