Karen Jones first 100 days

In a look back on her first 100 days as Chief Executive of NPT Council, Karen Jones reflects on how taking up the post during a global pandemic has provided its own set of challenges, how our ability to plan for the expected and deal with the unexpected has been tested over the last year, and how everyone employed in our council makes a huge difference to the lives of residents day in and day out.
