Healthy Habits and Mini Challenges
Over time, a small change can make a big difference to your health and wellbeing. That’s why VP GO offers easy ways for you to improve your health on a daily basis – called Healthy Habits.
Choose a habit you want to work on. Then try to track the habit every day. You’ll also see mini challenges for you to track a specific habit for 5 days out of 7. Compete with co-workers, share ideas for achieving the habit – and see who can make it stick.
Track a healthy habit:
Step 1 - Choose a healthy habit you’d like to work on.
Step 2 - Work on it, little by little, every day.
Step 3 - Experience the rewards of building a new habit into your daily routine.
Step 4 - Look out for 3 fun mini challenges where you and your co-workers track the same healthy habit.

A few times,VP Go will invite you to join mini challenges where you track a healthy habit they choose. Compete with your co-workers to see who can be the most consistent. If you track the habit 5 out of 7 days, you win.
