Our PASS team has made a series of online exercise workouts exclusively for you to do at home.
Each week we will upload videos for both beginners and intermediate abilities from fitness instructor Stephanie Edwards (PASS). The workouts are in a range of styles including HIIT (high intensity interval training) and circuits designed to keep you active and healthy. The classes aren’t time bound so you can do them at your leisure...so wheel your chair out of the way, roll out your exercise mat out and let’s get moving!
