The majority of votes cast were IN FAVOUR of the proposal.

The aggregated rateable value of the votes cast in favour of the proposal to renew the BID were LOWER than that against the proposal and that the proposal for a Business Improvement District for Neath Town Centre is UNSUCCESSFUL.
