Social Care Jobs Neath Port Talbot

Become a Community Support worker

We are looking for kind and caring people to join our Community Wellbeing Team. We are responsible for providing personal care to people in their own homes to help them to remain as independent as possible.

This may include assisting with personal care, preparing meals and helping with medication.

We also have a number of relief positions available for those who wish to work as and when required.

Why join our team at Neath Port Talbot Council?

If you are looking for a job where you could make a real difference to someone’s life on a daily basis, becoming a Community Support Worker could be the job for you.
