Tidy Minds

A mental health and well-being website for young people in Neath Port Talbot and Swansea.

The tidyMinds website was launched to help young people in Neath Port Talbot and Swansea understand any negative feelings they may be experiencing and find the right advice and support.

tidyMinds is an online tool for young people, their families and the professionals who support them. It explores mental health and wellbeing issues, and offers information about how and where support can be accessed. It focuses primarily on young people aged between 12 and 19 years, but also features some information for young people under 12 and up to 25 years of age.

As well as providing clear and consistent information to young people, tidyMinds is also a useful resource for professionals who may be struggling to navigate a complex system.

tidyMinds is an information hub and is not designed to diagnose emotional problems or mental health conditions.
