Whilst some of the legal obligations in relation to COVID-19 ceased at the end of March 2022, the Welsh Government still requires employers to put control measures in place to prevent infection and promote a safer workplace. The Public Health Measures for the Workplace Guidance contains details of the changes we have made to our risk assessment. We have taken a common sense approach that reflects the 7 Control Measures suggested by Public Health Wales.
