Claims against the Council

If you wish to pursue a claim in respect of Public Liability or Employers Liability against the Council:

• Gallagher Bassett are our third party adjusters; and
• AIG are our insurer, with effect from 1st October 2005 (Policy Number 21005051).

All litigation claims should be presented directly to Gallagher Bassett, using Portal ID D00019.
