Admissions Forum

The Education (Admission Forums) (Wales) Regulations 2003, require every local authority in Wales to establish an admission forum.

The Forum provides a formal channel of communication between:

• Neath Port Talbot Council
• its maintained schools
• other admission authorities
• other key interested parties

to discuss the effectiveness of local admission arrangements, and advise admission authorities on ways on which their arrangements can be improved.
