Local Area Coordinators
Support in your Community
If you or someone you know needs support due to their age, disability or mental health, we can help. The Local Area Coordination programme aims to help people to ensure they have a better life.
Our Local Area Coordinators support people by working in partnership with individuals, families and local community organisations. Our Coordinators know how and where to access support in local areas to help people that are in need. We offer a personal and flexible service that will deliver what makes a good life for you.
The Coordinators help people to avoid reaching a crisis in their life, or help them to recover if a crisis has already happened.
