I am a young man living in Neath  

I have complex needs and require a mature PA with life experience that can sensitively support me three days per week working opposite a second PA. I also have diabetes which is monitored daily by District Nurses.   

My communication can sometimes be affected through my dependence some days on alcohol.

 

Purpose

 

I am a sociable person who enjoys the company of others but I need regular day to day support in order for me:   

      to attend the health centre to receive insulin

-      to buy food shopping on a daily basis

-      to reduce feelings of social isolation

-      to help promote my independence

-      to support me with understanding, patience and empathy

-      to help support my health and safety on a day to day basis    

 In the short term I am looking for a PA who will sensitively support me on a day to day basis in order for me to improve my health.

 In the longer term I hope I will be able to gain some employment which I can enjoy and will promote my independence

Hours

Hours of Work: 9 am to 12 noon

3 hours per day -Three days per week working opposite days to second PA

Some flexibility may be required and additional hours may be offered from time to time.
