I am a 66 year old male living in the Glynneath area. I am an easy-going individual. I run Karate Clubs/Martial Arts in the local Town Hall. I like watching programmes on TV and using my computer.
I am unable to maintain my body temperature and therefore need to be kept warm and I use a coal fire to do this.
Purpose
I Would like a P.A who can support me with daily living tasks
Tasks
- Prepare breakfast
- Wipe down all work surfaces – including breakfast bar
- Empty ashes from coal fire, refill coal and vacuum any coal dust
- Mop shower room – rinse mop
- Some personal care required – to be discussed at interview
- Bedroom – bed sheets to be pulled tight – no creases – change Inco sheets if needed. Straighten out blue Kylie. Wipe bedside table with anti-bac wipes including underneath
- Prepare 2 pints of squash on bar
Daily duties:
Monday
-Laundry – towels and clothes for weekend
- Vacuum lounge, kitchen and stairs
- Dust living room
- Wipe over upstairs bathroom – toilet and sink
Tuesday
-Ironing from day before and put away; shirts, jumpers and trousers in wardrobes. Boxers, vets, t-shirts in drawers. Towels in drawers in bathroom
Wednesday
-Change bed
- Vacuum bedroom, landing and bathroom
- Dust bedroom
- Laundry
Thursday
-Iron and put away items
- Vacuum living room and kitchen
- Dust living room
Friday
-Any shopping needed – bread and milk
Saturday
-Morning tasks as above. Prepare food for early food call
Sunday
-Morning tasks as above. Empty bedroom and shower room bins
Paracetamol to be provided when needed.

· is reliable
· is hard working
· is trustworthy
· can support me with daily living tasks

Week 1
Thursday & Friday:
10.00am (morning call – 1 hour)
12.30pm (lunch call – 15 mins)
3.00pm (tea time call – 45 mins)
Week 2
Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday -
10.00am (morning call – 1 hour)
12.30pm (lunch call – 15 mins)
3.00pm (tea time call – 45 mins)
