Meet The team

The team is based in Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council at the Civic Centre in Neath.  The Team provides the secretariat for the Western Bay Area Planning Board and oversees the allocation of funding to and the delivery of substance misuse services in the area.   The Team is responsible for delivering the Welsh Government Substance Misuse Strategy locally. 

Claire Jones Head of Substance Misuse Strategy and Development Provides a professional strategic lead for Substance Misuse Services across Western Bay
Julia Jenkins Commissioning and Development Manager Has the responsibility for developing and implementing contractual and commissioning strategies for the Western Bay Area Planning Board.
Lisa Warlow APB Business Support & Case Review Co-ordinator Provides administrative support to the Area Planning Board and its Sub Groups and provides a case review coordinator role in the review of fatal and non-fatal overdoses across the region.
Carl Williams Contracts and Performance Officer Responsible for monitoring the provision of commissioned substance misuse services and performance of all Western Bay Area Planning Board funded services.
