FAQs
Select three choices from the Port Talbot or Neath area and complete the relevant application form.
For first time applicants, there is a one off legal fee of £75 plus the first year rent of £90 in advance.
Rent of £90 (including VAT) is then collected annually.
For new applicants payment can be made by debit/credit card and in person with cash.
Payments can be made by Direct Debit, cash in person and if you have an invoice number, online at https://www.npt.gov.uk/payments (select Sundry Debtors Invoice).
