Age Connect - Neath Port Talbot Outreach Projects

Age Connect aims to provide people aged 50 plus with the assistance, support and services that are needed to live a healthier, more active and independent life. Staff and volunteer teams deliver free, independent, Information and Advice across Neath Port Talbot.

The ACNPT team will be available to local residents over 50 years of age and their carers:

Monday
Outreach Service: 10am – 1pm
Gentle Exercise: 11 am
Neath Community Centre

Outreach Service: 12pm – 3pm
Exercise, Lunch & Activity
Pant-y-ffordd Community Hall
Nr Banwen

Personal Well-being Checks: 10am – 3pm
Home Visits, Upper Neath Valley

Citizens Advice Appointments at Age Connects - advice services - welfare benefits and debt.
Anyone wanting this help will need to contact our appointment line on 01792 474882.
Due to the limited number of appointments Citizens Advice adviser/administrator will conduct a limited triage interview over the phone and may offer other service options if there is a waiting list for the appointments.
