The purpose of the website is to provide a local web-based directory bringing together community organisations and services to support people’s wellbeing. 

The website is run by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council but it does not endorse or recommend whatsoever any of the services or providers included in the directory.

All providers should note they are entirely responsible and liable for maintaining their own entries, and any pricing, information and ensuring the content of their directory entry is accurate and up-to-date.

Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council does not accept any liability or responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy of the information or the suitability of any of the services being provided by the providers as described on the site by the providers for a particular purpose.

Providers should note that Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council reserves the right to refuse their access to the website, terminate their accounts and remove or edit any of their contents. The responsibility is upon the providers to ensure that the details they provide are current and correct. 

Providers should inform us if they believe the content of any listing is defamatory via the “Update Service” button that is alongside each entry.

Providers should be prepared to answer any questions from members of the public regarding their service and consider any reasonable request from them to view the provider’s documentation.

You must satisfy yourself of a provider’s suitability before making use of the services offered, and you will need to take full responsibility when using the information contained within the directory. You need to ensure that you understand and agree that by doing so neither Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council nor any of its partners or employees are responsible or liable in any way for any claim, loss or damage arising from use of the directory.

Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council is not responsible for resolving any issues you may have with providers listed on You should attempt to resolve any issues you have with a provider with them directly, their regulatory body or the appropriate Ombudsman. However we are interested in your feedback on the providers listed in the directory, you may provide that feedback via the “Update Service” button on the web-site or through our Complaints Process on our main Council website.
