Pontardawe Town Juniors Football Festival

Pontardawe Town AFC Juniors Invitation Football Festival will endorse the FAW Mini football rules. These will be applied except for the following amendments: Teams will be entered into sections in their respective age groups and play a series of matches in a round robin. The number of groups (and number of teams within each group) will vary depending on the number of teams entered in the particular age group. Under 6 & 7 Age Groups will be 4 a-side games (no goalkeepers) with a squad of 7 players. Under 8 Age Group will be 5 a-side games (with goalkeepers) with a squad of 8 players. Under 9 Age Group will be 6 a-side games (with goalkeepers) with a squad of 10 players. Under 10 & 11 Age Groups will be 7 a-side games (with goalkeepers) with a squad of 10 players. Under 10 & 11 Age Groups (GIRLS) will be 7 a-side games (with goalkeepers) with a squad of 10 players.
