DPSS179 Personal Assistant - Glynneath - 8 hours per week
I am a 68 year old man living in the Glynneath area with my wife.
I have a good sense of humour and a good supply of jokes. I love rugby and football and used to enjoy fishing, playing golf and riding motorbikes.
I was also quite handy and liked doing DIY.
Since my accident, I have lost a little confidence and would like a PA to spend time with me to allow me to start doing hobbies I enjoy. Such as, going out for food and to get back out into my community. I would also like to go to Stroke Group in Seven Sisters on a Tuesday morning.
8 hours a week.
Hours to be worked flexibly.
Exact days and times will be agreed by mutual consent in advance.
Rate of Pay: £13.45

I am a 16 year old male living in Baglan. I enjoy going out and socialising and have a lot of varied interests. I enjoy watching live music bands, going to the gym, pub quizzes, swimming, judo, going to the cinema and would like to try mountain biking. I have ADHD and autism and I am generally very chatty.

I am a gentleman in my 70’s living in the GCG area of Neath Port Talbot. I have a diagnosis of mixed dementia and require support to access the community. I can also be unsteady on my feet so will need a bit of support with this. Before I became unwell, I worked as a tool maker. I enjoy history and documentaries on TV.

DPSS306 - Personal Assistant - Neath - 4 Hours on a Tuesday
I am a lady in my 50s living in the Neath area. I am a Guide Leader and I am looking for a Personal Assistant to support me to continue to do this. I have a good sense of humour and enjoy being outdoors/doing activities with my brownies and guides groups. I have MS so I would require assistance in getting about in my wheelchair as I am unable to walk. I have an automatic WAV (wheelchair accessible vehicle) and require my PA to have a full driving licence in order to drive my vehicle.
FULL DRIVING LICENSE REQUIRED
4 hours per week on Tuesday evenings 4:30pm to 8:30pm.
Some additional cover hours may be offered from time to time to cover annual leave and sickness of my other Personal Assistant as well as supporting me to attend other activities within brownies where required.

DPSS677 - Personal Assistant - 6 hours per week - Ystalyfera
I am a 7 year old boy who lives within the Ystalyfera area. I love the outdoors and enjoy soft play areas. I really enjoy going to play zone and the park.
I am very energetic, have a bubbly personality and I am described as a little character. I am nonverbal however I use body language and PEX to communicate.
At times I can portray behaviours of distress, and I have been diagnosed with autism.
I am looking for a 2 personal assistants as I require 2:1 support and this would be to pick me up after school for 3 hours, to help support me within accessing my chosen activities within the community. The pickup is at 3pm and drop me home by 6pm. I will also need support within the school holidays to be able to maintain a routine.
6 hours per week. 2 x 3 hours shifts (3pm to 6pm) weekdays to be arranged at interview

I am a lady living in the Skewen area of Neath, I live with my two small dogs who I also like to walk twice a day. I enjoy going out shopping, and I also like to meet up with friends.
I am a wheelchair user, and I like to have a small team of PAs that assist me with my daily living.

I am a gentleman in my early 70’s, living in the Bryncoch area of Neath. I have been in a band most of my life and I still play the piano. I enjoy going to MMI Dementia group and sporting memories in Neath Rugby Club. I also enjoy watching faulty towers and only fools and horses on my TV. I love listening to Rock and Roll music on YouTube, and my vinyl collection which I listen to on my record player.
4 hours per week, preferably a Monday.

I am an 8 year‑old boy living in the Afan Valley area of Port Talbot. I enjoy swimming because it keeps busy but also relaxed. I like going to soft play too, but I need constant supervision as I don’t have a strong awareness of danger. I love using my iPad to watch YouTube Shorts, and I’m a big fan of Disney Cars. Sometimes I enjoy playing games as well. I also really like visiting Asda and Tesco.
5 hours per week (SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ONLY).

DPSS543 - Personal Assistant - Long term cover vacancy (possibility of permanent) - 8-12hrs - Cilmaengwyn
I'm a lady in my late 60s living near Pontardawe. I live a quiet and gentle life and enjoy reading, meditation, crafting, gardening, being in nature, and birdwatching.
I have several long-term health conditions that affect my balance, immunity, energy, and strength. Despite these challenges, I love life and approach what I can with a sense of humour.
And one final thing: I have a little elderly dog who likes to believe she is in charge of the household. She does enjoy barking at strangers but is much softer than she sounds.
This is currently a cover PA position with 2 four hour shifts per week, with the possibility of more permanent hours in the future. A car and driving licence are essential.

I am a 42 year old gentleman living in the Gwaun Cae Gurwen area of Neath Port Talbot. I suffer from multiple health conditions and difficulties that impact my life daily. Many things I used to enjoy doing I am no longer able to, due to my health limitations, but they are gardening, fishing, drawing/painting and playing the guitar or other stringed instruments.
