Neath Port Talbot’s vibrant communities offer a supportive and pleasant environment for everyone, where they can experience a healthy and enjoyable quality of life, well beyond the age of 50. The following document has examples of how the Council and Partners are supporting all those who are over the age of 50 living in the area.

Neath Port Talbot Older Persons' Council
The County Council and Its Partners are also supported by the Older Persons’ Council, which is a group of up to 12 volunteers who are all over the age of 50 and live in Neath Port Talbot.

If you know an adult who is in need of support or information to maintain or regain their independence, you can access the Community Resource Team and Adult Social Care through a joint service with a common access point, called NPT Gateway.
