Picking me up and taking me to places I enjoy.
Liaise with me and my family about places and times o visit.
Support me into my mobility vehicle and getting about n my wheelchair.
Supporting me in new situations.

Car driver with own vehicle.
Patient, punctual and reliable.
Someone good at planning activities and knows about what’s going on in the community
Someone who likes sports and music.
Hours of Work: 6 hours per week – to be used flexibly throughout the week
