24/6/20 Important notice
With so many residents taking the time during lockdown to clear out unwanted items, our team is doing its best to keep up with increased demands on this service. We know how frustrating it must be when you’re unable to book a collection slot
It is not business as usual and we are working hard to get our services back up and running and as close to ‘normal’ as soon as we can. We will keep you updated. Thank you for your patience and support.
We can arrange a collection for bulky items of household waste that are too big for your bin like mattresses, sofas, fridges and cookers.
There is a £22.50 charge for this service so before you book, please ensure you read the FAQs below.
We operate a fair use policy and we will only pick up a limited number of items per collection
