Notice of new premises applications, variations and reviews

New applications for premises licences, variations and reviews of current licences under the Licensing Act 2003 are listed below.

These adverts will remain here for the 28 day period in which representations can be made.

Any representations must be made in writing, clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made, relevant to the licensing objectives.

Representations should be emailed to lrs@npt.gov.uk or sent to Neath Port Talbot CBC, Legal Regulatory Services, Civic Centre, Port Talbot, SQ13 1PJ.

Your written representation will be provided to the applicant and it may also be considered at a public hearing which means anyone can attend to listen to the application. Any documentation or other information provided by you which is relevant to the application will be considered by officers and/or the committee at the hearing.
