Bee1 - Our Classroom Climate
Our Classroom Climate teaches young people about climate change and the environment. The programme is based in Neath and works with schools across the UK and Ireland. It helps learners explore their local area and take real steps to protect it.
The UK Shared Prosperity Fund helped the team build a new interactive platform. The tool teaches sustainability and climate science in a clear and engaging way.
The grant also funded:
- research
- hands‑on science activities
- guidance for organisations working toward their sustainability goals
The business owner said the support was invaluable. They encouraged other local businesses to contact the council to see how it can help them too.
Grants and funding
This project was funded £20,125 by the Business Investment Grant.
The funding helped the business build a modern learning tool and improve climate education.
