Together WeCare Awards Launch to Celebrate Excellence in Social Care, Childcare, Play and Early Year

WeCare Wales, Swansea Council, and Neath Port Talbot Council are proud to announce the launch of the inaugural Together WeCare Awards, a prestigious new event dedicated to honouring the exceptional professionals working across social care, childcare, play, and early years in the West Glamorgan region (Swansea & Neath Port Talbot).
Taking place on 13th March, 2026 at the iconic Brangwyn Hall in Swansea, the ceremony—managed by JR Event Management—will shine a spotlight on the compassion, skill, and dedication of the region’s care workforce. The awards aim to celebrate outstanding achievements, showcase best practices, and recognise the vital contributions these professionals make to the wellbeing of individuals and communities.
Martin Nicholls, Chief Executive of Swansea Council, commented:
