At Neath Port Talbot Council, we recognise that tackling climate change is necessary and urgent. Dependency on energy derived from fossil fuels is threatening the way we live. Unless we respond, the impact will be felt by everyone in Neath Port Talbot and throughout the world. The council is determined to respond with commitment and speed.
