NPT Military Heritage Display

Part of the Mayor of NPT’s Armed Forces Festival 2025 the display features information from the NPT Poignant Heroes Gallery, created by Neath Port Talbot Council’s Culture and Heritage Service, about those from the county borough, who were involved both on the battlefield and the home front in the titanic 1914-19 conflict which became known as ‘The Great War’.
Neath General Market is a traditional covered market for top quality local produce. It is housed in a building dating from 1837. Renovated in 1904, the market is an eclectic place where you can find a hyper trendy posh hat and bag boutique next to a butcher's counter.
