Afan Valley - Tri Dewi Aquathlon - Swim & Run

This is a participation, non-competitive aquathlon (swim and run) as part of Triathlon Cymru’s St. David’s Day celebrations. Open for children from 8 years plus to adults, people will swim in the pool, get changed and then take part in a run/walk/jog. Everyone gets a medal regardless of how much they do. No timing chips etc just relaxed and fun to motivate people to move.
