Welfare Rights
The Welfare Rights Unit helps people to claim the Benefits which they are entitled to. If you think you may be able to claim extra benefits but don’t know where to start, then we may be able to help.
To find out if you have an entitlement, we can:
- give benefit advice over the phone
- complete benefit forms
- represent you at a benefit Tribunal
We hold sessions in different areas of Neath Port Talbot to help people fill out benefit forms. If you can't attend, we can also help you over the phone or visit you at home.
We can also give talks to your organization, either at staff meetings or to groups of service users.
