What is Bookstart?

Bookstart is a national programme that works through locally based coordinators to give a free pack of books to babies with guidance materials for parents and carers.

BookStart and Neath Port Talbot libraries

Bookstart song and rhyme sessions have resumed at Neath Port Talbot Libraries. Contact your local library to book a spot or confirm a session. Scheduled times available for those who have already booked are:

Neath Library - Monday 10.30am
Port Talbot Library - Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10.30am
Pontardawe Library - Tuesday 10.30am
Glynneath Library - Tuesday 10.30am
Cwmafan Library - Every two weeks. Contact the library for details.
Sandfields Library - Friday 10.30am
Skewen Library - Every two weeks. Contact the library for details.

Sessions take place during term time only.
