Neath Fair and Food and Drink Festival 2020 cancelled due to Covid-19
Unfortunately it is with great disappointment and sadness that we have had no other choice but to cancel Neath Food and Drink Festival 2020. The safety of the traders and the public is of paramount importance and due to the Coronavirus situation to run this festival in the current climate safely and compliantly would have been impossible.
Neath Food and Drink Festival was born in 2009 and has since established itself as one of the premiere events in Neath Town Centre's calendar. Over the years, the festival has highlighted the variety of high quality Welsh produce that is available locally and focused on the range of products available from award winning suppliers, over 80% of which are Welsh producers.
As well as the exhibiting stall holders, it is an excellent opportunity for the established town centre shops, restaurants and café’s to showcase their products to a wider audience visiting the festival.
Held over three days the Neath Food and Drink Festival welcomes around 70 exhibitors each year. The festival is a true celebration of Welsh produce many of which are local producers.
The Neath Food and Drink Festival also includes a Hot Street Food Zone in Angel Square where there is a variety of different offerings to tantalize the taste buds. Entertainment takes place throughout the festival including cafes and restaurants as well as free cookery demonstrations in the town centre.
Neath Food and Drink Festival is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys quality produce to meet artisan food producers face to face. When meeting exhibitors the first thing that you will notice is their passion and knowledge, their produce has been made or produced by people who care about the quality and process
