A Neath based trader who carried out poor repair work, has pleaded guilty to a charge of failing to complete work to a satisfactory standard and another of making a false representation to a customer, both contrary to the Consumer Protection From Unfair Trading Regulations, at a hearing at Swansea Magistrates Court after an investigation by Neath Port Talbot Trading Standards.
