After the adjudicator’s decision

You will receive a written decision. It will say one of the following:

• Appeal allowed - your PCN is cancelled.
• Appeal refused - you must pay the penalty.

Deadline

If your appeal is refused, you must pay within 28 days. If you do not pay, the council may take further enforcement action.

What happens next

The decision letter will explain if any further steps are available.
