Stage Three: Appeal to the Traffic Penalty Tribunal

If your formal representations are rejected, you will receive a Notice of Rejection. You can then appeal to the Traffic Penalty Tribunal (TPT).

You must submit an appeal within 28 days of the Notice of Rejection.

Appeal online using the PIN code on your Notice of Rejection. If you cannot go online, you can contact the TPT to ask for a Notice of Appeal form.

You must choose the statutory grounds and include your evidence. The adjudicator will consider the evidence from both sides.

The Tribunal will review your appeal and send you confirmation.
